Frank Rich joined WCI in March of 2000 and has over 20 years of Human Service experience. He received formal education in American Sign Language, Deaf Culture and ASL Interpreting from Northeastern University.   Frank serves as WCI’s Crisis Responder and assists in stabilizing acute psychiatric and behavioral crises, as well as assessing and developing Behavior Support Plans. Frank is certified in PREVENT Training, Human Rights Training, Human Rights Systems, Restraint Authorizer Training and Human Sexuality and Relationship Education. He is also a consultant to the PREVENT program to ensure consistency in curriculum implementation. He is a member of The Berkshire Association of Behavior Analysis and Treatment (BABAT,) American Deafness and Rehabilitation Association (ADARA) and the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID.)
