Paul Arrighi, Jr.

Paul joined the WCI Clinical Team as an Assistant Clinical Director in September of 2015 after working with both adults and children with autism at the Groden Center, a program located in Providence, RI. He has over 11 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Paul earned his Masters Degree in Education, with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis, at the University of Massachusetts and is currently preparing for his exam for certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In order to best support WCI’s Deaf population, Paul is also presently taking courses at Deaf Inc. located in Brighton, MA, with the goal of becoming fluent in American Sign Language (ASL).

Paul provides clinical supports primarily to our Employment and Day Programs at Rumford Avenue and Common Street, while also providing clinical support to individuals residing in two of WCI’s residential programs.
