Chief Financial Officer
Oversees all apects of the agency’s Finances, Fiscal Management, and Facility Operations in consultation with the President & CEO. Oversees a Finance Department/Business Office of 5 full time employees and the Maintenance Department (e.g., Finance Directory, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeper, Entitlements Coordinator & Maintenance Director). Develop and implement policies, procedures, systems and plans to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and State and/or Federal Regulations with input and review of other Departments. Ensure smooth and proper functioning of the agency operations with regard to finance and maintenance & property management to support individuals served, families, agency employees,contractors and purchasers. Actively participate on Executive and Management Teams as it relates to strategic planning, program implementation and information technology. Acts as an Ex-Officio member on the Board of Directors with regard to Finance.
