Shannon Shea McDonald, M.S., BCBA, LABA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst, who joined WCI in August of 2014. She is responsible for the oversight of three Assistant Clinical Directors, three Registered Nurses and all Behavior Treatment Plans implemented throughout the agency. She also supervises the Family Liaison. Shannon received her BA in English from Florida Atlantic University and her MS in Counseling with a specialty track in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her BCBA Certification while working at The University of South Florida’s Behavior Analysis Services Program. She worked with typically developing children and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities aged 0-22 and adults. Shannon has experience providing ABA services for adults with Acquired Brain Injury, Autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities and dually diagnosed Individuals with a co-occurring psychiatric diagnosis.
